Classrooms for Climate Action (we call ourselves C4CA) supports teachers and students to take local climate action. We focus on intersectional environmentalism and helping K-12 teachers integrate climate action into all content areas.

“Of course we need hope.
But the one thing we need more than hope is action.
Because once we start to act,
hope is everywhere.”
We are honored to have received the 2021 Outstanding Volunteer of the Year award from Recycle Colorado. Students and families in Louisville, Colorado worked hard to get a bag tax passed that will greatly reduce the impact of single use plastics in our community.
